To run ADUSTECH mobile app, your device must meet these minimum specifications:

iOS / iPhone Users
Currently, the ADUSTECH app is available for Android devices only.
iOS version coming soon! We're working on bringing ADUSTECH to iPhone and iPad. Stay tuned for updates.
In the meantime, you can access some features through our web portal (coming soon).
Network Requirements
Internet Connection
The app requires an active internet connection for most features:
- Minimum: 3G mobile data or WiFi
- Recommended: 4G LTE or WiFi for best experience
- Data Usage: Approximately 5-10 MB per hour of active use
Offline Features
Some features work offline once data is cached:
- View previously loaded timetables
- Read cached posts and announcements
- View your profile
You'll need internet to post content, refresh feeds, or access new information.
Required Permissions
The app requests these permissions to function properly:
Essential Permissions
- Internet: To fetch timetables, events, and posts
- Network State: To check connection status
Optional Permissions (You can deny these)
- Storage: To save profile pictures and download files
- Camera: To take photos for posts and profile
- Notifications: To receive important announcements
Privacy: We only request permissions necessary for app functionality. You can manage permissions in your device settings anytime.
How to Check Your Device
Check Android Version
- Open Settings on your phone
- Scroll down to "About phone" or "System"
- Look for "Android version"
- You should see a number like "11" or "12" (must be 8.0+)
Check Available Storage
- Open Settings
- Go to "Storage"
- Check "Available" or "Free space"
- You need at least 100 MB free
Check RAM
- Open Settings
- Go to "About phone"
- Look for "RAM" or "Memory"
- Should show 2 GB or more
Known Compatibility Issues
Devices That May Have Issues
- Very old devices: Android 7.0 or below (not supported)
- Huawei newer models: Without Google Play Services (HMS only)
- Custom ROMs: Some heavily modified Android versions
- Low RAM devices: Under 2 GB RAM may experience slowdowns
Performance Tips for Lower-End Devices
- Close other apps before using ADUSTECH
- Clear app cache regularly
- Disable animations in phone settings
- Use WiFi instead of mobile data when possible
- Keep your Android OS updated
